I have always been fascinated with the workings of the human body.  I believe that human beings are very complex, and need to be treated holistically. Mind, Body and Soul.

I am a proud graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado.  There I studied many different types of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexotherapy, Joint Range of Motion, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Pre and Post Natal massage, and Hot Stone.  I have furthered my knowledge of bodywork through Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy training, Heart Centered Therapy via the Chikley Institute, various training classes in the use of Essential Oils, Raindrop Therapy, as well as an amazing opportunity to have been given the gift of the knowledge of Foot Reflexology from an awesome mentor with 25+ years of reflexology behind him. I love to learn and I am always furthering my knowledge.  Through my training and intuition I manifest a one of a kind bodywork session tailored to fit your needs.

When I take time to relax and unwind you will find me spending time with my husband on our on our small farm tending to the animals, gardening or building something. I also find peace though spending time in nature and meditation.
